On Tuesday, April 7, the Colleyville Heritage and Grapevine High School boys and girls track & field teams competed at the UIL 5A District 6 championship. Nine student-athletes won individual district titles and over 40 qualified for the area championship.
GHS sophomore Aubrey Digaetano and CHHS freshman Jenaya Carter broke school records in their respective events of Triple Jump and 300m hurdles.
The area championship will take place at Carrico Stadium at Braswell High School on April 17.
