Payments may be mailed to the address shown on this page or paid in person at the Tax Office during regular office hours.
For your added convenience there is a drop box for after hour payments. Payments are considered timely if they are in the drop box before 8:00 AM the next business day.
The Tax Office accepts postmarks by the U.S. Post Office. If it is the last day, we suggest you have the Post Office hand stamp your envelope to ensure the correct date.
Installment Payments - If you have an over 65 exemption, a disabled person's exemption, or a disabled veterans exemption you are eligible to pay your taxes in 4 equal installments without penalty and interest, provided you have a signed agreement, make your first quarter payment by January 31st and continue to make your remaining payments on time. General Information
Tax Statements
Tax statements are mailed in October either to the homeowner or the mortgage company. You have until January 31 to pay without penalty and interest. If you do not make your full payment by January 31, you will be charged penalty and interest starting February 1. Penalty begins at 6 percent and increases monthly to a maximum of 12 percent in July. Interest accrues at 1 percent per month until the taxes are paid in full. On July 1, any account that remains unpaid will incur an additional collection fee equal to 20 percent for the total taxes, penalty and interest due.

Appraisal Information
All tax appraisals used for tax purposes are performed by Tarrant Appraisal District or Dallas County Appraisal District, depending on the County your property is located. In addition, Tarrant Appraisal District and Dallas County Appraisal District provides Grapevine-Colleyville ISD, City of Colleyville and City of Grapevine with values, owner names, mailing address and exemptions granted. Paying Your Property Taxes
If you pay your property taxes yourself there are three methods that you can choose to pay your taxes:
Option 1: Make payment in person at our office.
Option 2: Mail payment along with the stub on your tax statement.
Option 3: Pay via the Internet using a credit card. Credit card payments are not accepted by phone.
If the last day of the month falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, the Property Tax Code Section 1.06 designates the next regular business day as the deadline.

Our Office hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Fridays. Our office is located at 3072 Mustang Drive, Grapevine, Texas 76051.
