On Tuesday, April 7, the GCISD Collegiate Academy theater program performed at the UIL 3A Area 2 One-Act Play competition and walked away with the area title, five individual awards and advancing play status.
They will now perform at the UIL 3A Region II competition for the third straight year, which will be held on April 23 at Tyler Junior College's Rogers Palmer Performing Arts Center.
