On Saturday, January 17, the Grapevine High School Cheer team finished as the runner-up in the UIL 5A Division 2 State Spirit Championship with a total score of 90.83.
This is the third straight year the Mustangs have placed as the silver medalists at the state competition. The team also won the Best of Category for Band Chant.
