
Last Friday, Glenhope Elementary ASPIRE students presented their capstone projects. These presentations covered historical events and decades throughout the 20th century, such as the Titanic, the Roaring 20s and more! Parents and GCISD staff were able to interact and ask students questions about their presentations. Congratulations to these students on their hard work!



Results for the STAAR End of Course English I, English II, Biology, Algebra I and U.S. History will be released on Friday, June 7. Families can access their children’s results through the Skyward Family Portal on the release date. This week, Heritage Elementary School hosted a Career Day on Wheels! Legacy Ready Mix demonstrated cement production, and Grapevine Water Works showcased the water purification processes and explained fire hydrants. A Fort Worth Police Corporal discussed police officer training, allowed students to explore a police vehicle and introduced students to a K-9 unit. It was a fun and engaging day!

Last week, first graders from Heritage Elementary School dressed up as their favorite book characters and paraded around the school. It was a fantastic way to share numerous wonderful stories with fellow students. #WeAreGCISD




Members of Grapevine High School's competitive Robotics teams recently had the privilege of visiting Lockheed Martin to observe the production line of the F-35 fighter jet. Combat systems manager Lonnie Dong made this remarkable learning experience possible, which fewer than 1% of the US population will experience firsthand. It inspired the next generation of engineers and motivated them to ensure that our country remains technologically advanced.
