Become a Junior Captain Today! 

Please fill out this form to be put in a drawing for Junior Captain. If your student is selected they will need to arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of the game so that they are able to receive their t-shirt and run through their Junior Captain duties. Junior Captains will go out on the field to deliver the game ball and join the team for the coin toss.

The form will need to be filled out for each individual student.
