OCPE Facility application window is CLOSED for the 24-25 school year.
Facilities are encouraged to apply for the next school year if they wish to be on the approved facility list for GCISD. Once approved, facilities are approved until 2026. The deadline for applications is July 25, 2025. No applications will be accepted after this date.
Documents to be submitted include:
A Letter from the facility on company letterhead stating the following:
Name, address, phone number of trainer and training facility
The purpose of the program
Typical weekly schedule for training and competition
A description of the type and intensity of the program
The levels of competition involved
Other relevant information related to the program
How the requirements for Fitness Gram will be met.
