We are excited to be back this summer for fun-filled adventures the kids will love. We will offer a variety of activities including arts & crafts, group games, community involvement, and organized clubs. We will accept students that have completed GCISD’s Pre-K program, as well as any other GCISD student who has completed K through 5th grade. **Limited spots available**

Dates: Tuesday, June 1 - Tuesday, August 17
Camp runs Monday through Friday (camp will be closed July 5 and August 6)

Location: Cross Timbers Middle School
Camp will return to elementary campuses on August 9

Time: 7:15 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.

Notice: This summer in lieu of field trips, we will have exciting programs including on site field trips, interest clubs, and fun creative projects.

Tuition and Fees: Cost includes breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon snacks

Students attends Summer Enrichment class in PM and needs KidzU UNTIL 12:30 p.m. & after 3:30 p.m.

Late Pick-Up Fee:
$10 plus, $1 per minute, per child after 5:45 p.m.

Registration

Please read the Parent Student Handbook for full registration details. Limited seats available each week. Seats will be filled weekly on a first come, first serve basis each week.

NEW THIS YEAR
Reservation fee: $50.00 per week non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your child’s space. This will count towards your weekly tuition payment. Total due at registration: $50.00 per week you reserve. The remaining weekly balance will be due the Monday before the week of camp. Automatic draft forms will be available.

Cancellations: Reservations may be cancelled for a previously scheduled week, up until one week prior to the start of each week. Reservation Fees will not be refunded and are non-transferable. Please see the Parent Student Handbook for a complete list of weekly cancellation dates.

** PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR EACH WEEK OF THE SUMMER THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND.

RESERVATIONS MAY BE CANCELLED FOR A PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED WEEK, UP UNTIL ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH WEEK.

Returning KidzU Family (If you do not see SUMMER CAMP listed as an option, email KidzU@gcisd.net right away)
Step 1: Begin by clicking the link below, logging in to MyProcare
Step 2: Complete the registration process
Step 3: Pay a Reservation Fee for each week that you enroll
Step 4: Print the MyProcare registration documents, sign the forms, return them to KidzU

New to KidzU (select this option if your family has never attended KidzU)
Step 1: Clink on the MyProcare link below
Step 2: Create an online account with MyProcare by entering your email address
Step 3: Enter the confirmation code that is emailed to you, Click Go
Step 4: Enter student(s) & parent information, including at least 2 emergency contacts
Step 5: Click “Review & Submit”
THIS DOES NOT REGISTER YOUR CHILD - You will receive an email from KidzU once you are approved to complete your registration
Step 6: Upon receiving the email approval, log back in to your MyProcare account and complete the registration process
Step 7: Pay a Reservation Fee for each week that you enroll
Step 8: Print the MyProcare registration documents, sign the forms, return them to KidzU

- Printed & signed Parent/Student Handbook Acknowledgement Form
- Printed & signed Tuition Express application
