IMPORTANT UPDATE
As of January 24, 2022, Trustees approved an amended board policy related to transfers. Beginning with the 2022-2023 school year, the STEM and Dual Language programs will not accept transfers prior to first-grade.

Additionally, there is no longer a STEM and Dual Language lottery. Transfer requests will be accepted during the annual student transfer request window from March 21 - April 8, 2022. For more information on the transfer process, click here.

2021-2022 Application Window
The personalized programs lottery was conducted on March 2, 2021. Applications will re-open on April 6th. Eligible applicants will be seated or placed on a waitlist in the order they are received.

1. What's my lottery number?

Lottery numbers will not be issued.

2. How can I be sure my application was received?

Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email. Please also check your spam/junk folder for an email from Google. If you did not receive an email, please call (817) 251-5538

3. When is the lottery? Can I watch it online?

The lottery will be executed on February 22, 2021. It will not be broadcasted online.

4. When will I be notified of the results?

You will be notified via e-mail on or before February 23rd, 2021. The notification will tell you if your student has been offered a seat, or if your student was placed on a waitlist.

Una vez enviado, recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación. Por favor revise también su carpeta de correo no deseado/ basura para ver si hay un correo electrónico de Google. Si no recibió un correo electrónico, llame al (817) 251-5538

3. ¿Cuándo es la lotería? ¿Puedo verla en línea?

La lotería se llevará a cabo el 22 de febrero de 2021. No se transmitirá en línea.

4. ¿Cuándo se me notificará de los resultados?

Se le notificará por correo electrónico el 23 de febrero de 2021 o antes. La notificación le informará si a su estudiante se le ha ofrecido un puesto o si su estudiante fue colocado en una lista de espera.
