School Menu Nutrition Information

Welcome! The GCISD Nutrition Services Department prides itself on making information available for parents and students.  One of the areas of interest is nutrition data about foods offered through GCISD schools.  The information contained in the GCISD Nutrition Services website is the latest nutritional data available from the U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and/or nutrition data from food manufacturers and distributors about their products.  While we strive to maintain the most current information, the nutrition data on this site should never substitute for the advice or services of trained health professionals.  We hope you will find this information useful as a guide in helping your child make good choices while dining with us. Nutrition information regarding menu items that are part of the school breakfast and lunch menu can be found by accessing this districts online menu platform mealviewer.

Nutritional data may contain errors. Nutrition information is based on ingredients and cooking instructions described in each recipe and is by nature a statistical average. Nutrition value may also vary based on methods of preparation, origin and freshness of ingredients and other variables. Finally, menu items are subject to substitution based on product availability.
