2021-2022 Extended Day Programs Registration

Welcome to Extended Day Programs (formally KidzU)!  We are thrilled to be enrolling for the 2021-22 academic year! Please take a moment to review the enrollment options for this year. Listed below is a list of FAQ's that will likely answer any additional questions that you may have.

Before School Care 6:30 a.m. - 7:15 a.m. (released directly to school)
After School Care Open until 6:30 p.m.
Camp Days 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Step 2: Complete the registration process
Step 3 Amount to pay = Individual or Family Registration fee
Step 4: Print the MyProcare registration documents, sign the forms, return them to EDP staff

NEW to Extended Day Programs
(select this option if your family has NEVER attended KidzU):

Step 1: Begin by clicking the link below, choose the campus your child/children attend
Step 2: Create an online account with MyProcare by entering your email address
Step 3: Enter the confirmation code that is emailed to you
Step 4: Enter parent & student info, 2 emergency contacts

THIS DOES NOT REGISTER YOUR CHILD - YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM KIDZU ONCE YOU ARE APPROVED TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION

Step 5: Upon receiving the email approval, log back in to your Myprocare account and complete the registration process
Step 6: Amount to pay = Individual or Family Registration fee
Step 7: Print the MyProcare registration documents, sign the forms, return them to KidzU

Required Paperwork

For a student to be eligible to attend, all of the following MUST be completed and returned to EDP staff:

- Online registration forms (through MyProcare.com) printed & signed
- Read Parent/Student Handbook
- Printed & signed Parent/Student Handbook Acknowledgement Form
- Printed & signed Tuition Express application (optional)


Frequently Asked Questions

When is tuition due?
- Tuition is due on the 1st of the month.  Late payment fees ($30) are assessed on the 3rd.
Payments are divided into 9 equal months/payments beginning in September, the last payment is due May 1st.

Do I get a discount if I have more than one child enrolled?
- Yes! If you have more than one student enrolled in EDP, you will receive Family Discount of 10% off your oldest child.

Do I still have to pay tuition if my child is absent for a week?
- Yes. Tuition is due regardless of attendance.
- If you would like to dis-enroll for any reason, you must provide a one week’s notice, in writing to your Site Coordinator. If you choose to enroll again later, it will be subject to availability and you will be charged another Registration Fee.

Are scholarships available for Extended Day Programs?
- Extended Day Programs follows the same guidelines for awarding scholarships as the Nutrition office. Please provide us with a copy of the letter from Nutrition detailing the discount provided for school meals, and a discount will be applied for KidzU.
   - Free Meals = 20% EDP discount
   - Discounted Meals = 10% EDP discount

My child is being transported to Glenhope Elementary for Aspire Academy, can he/she enroll in EDP?
- Yes! Aspire students may enroll at Glenhope Elementary.

Will Camp be offered on days that school is out?
- Yes!  Camp will be offered on all Professional Development Days and student holidays. There is limited space available. Seats will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. A minimum number of registrations must be collected for camp to be held.
