New and returning students may now register for the 2021-2022 school year from May 3 until May 21. GCISD is in the planning stages for the 2021-2022 school year. Please note that at this time during registration, families will not be committing to any form of instructional model (in-person, virtual, etc.). Those decisions will be made by families at a later date when more information is available.
Registration for both new and returning families is open in Skyward. As a reminder, the primary guardian will need to complete the registration in Skyward Family Access. If you have forgotten your login and/or password, please click on Forgot login or password on the login screen and that information will be sent to your email.

If you are awaiting a transfer request, please register for the campus you are currently zoned for. Transfer requests will be processed at a later date. To view attendance zones, visit our attendance area map.
Students new to the district (including those entering Kindergarten) must provide proof of residency, birth certificate, social security number, immunization record, emergency contact numbers and a report card from the previous school unless enrolling in kindergarten.
