COVID-19 Special Olympics Update
We are making plans to return to practice during the 2021-2022 school year. New medicals will be required for participation. Please find the new form below.  All forms are due by January 11, 2022.                                  

GCISD, A Special Olympics Program

Special OlympicsParticipation requirements
Students must be registered as a GCISD student, must be eight years of age by the start of the season, and meet Special Olympics criteria for participation. Required documents include:
Code of Conduct Agreement
COVID 19 Waiver
Registration form (see below)
Medical Form (see below)

Please complete the registration form to have your athlete on the 2021-2022 GICSD Special Olympics Roster, and to receive future communications about Special Olympic events and activities from the SO coaches.

For the 2021-2022 school year all athletes will be required to have a new medical form completed and signed by a physician.
