Welcome to GCISD Purchasing Services

The Purchasing Department provides support and guidance to Grapevine-Colleyville ISD by establishing policies and procedures for purchasing products, materials and services at the best value and in a manner consistent with local, state and federal guidelines, Board policies and sound ethical practices.  GCISD currently uses an online E-Bid system for bid notices and responses.  All vendors must register as a supplier within the system to be able to receive notifications of proposals.  Registration will not automatically make a vendor an approved vendor of GCISD.
