Depository Services Bid Notice

RFP 20-20-3 Depository Services will be mailed out via US Mail Friday, December 18, 2020 to each bank located in the district per Texas Education Code 45.206.  The RFP is also available electronically through our District eBid System here.

*Please note that you must be registered in our eBid System before you can view the bid.  There is no cost for you to register.

To be eligible for consideration under this request, a proposer must submit
two (2) complete paper copies and one electronic copy on a USB drive of their proposal by 2:00pm CST on February 26, 2021 to the District Purchasing Office. The district will not accept proposals received after that time. Late submissions to the district address will be returned unopened.

The scheduled Pre-proposal Meeting that was scheduled to be held at 10:00am CST on January 7, 2021 at the district's Professional Development and Education Center, will not be an in person meeting.

Instead it will be held via WebEx at the same time, 10:00am CST on January 7, 2021.
