Summer Student Device Technical Support

GCISD Technology Help Desk is open

Monday - Thursday from 8 am to 4 p.m.

If the line is not answered please leave a message with the following : Your Name , Contact Number and  Description of problem
All messages are returned within 24 hours 
Devices Needing Repair:
If your student device is in need of physical repair please call the help desk at 817-251-5529 to schedule an appointment for device drop off. 
Stolen Device:
If your students device is stolen please contact the local police immediately to make a report. 
After you have a police report number please call the GCISD Help Desk at 817-251-5529 and provide the appropriate information.
Moving:
If you are moving or relocating outside of GCISD this summer and you have a student device please call the  GCISD Help Desk at 817-251-5529 to schedule a time for drop off
