January Meeting Notes

Ft. Worth Stock Show

· Chance & Kevin Bufe- discuss schedule for heifers

· Cera - Discuss goat/lamb schedule

· See individual sheet

Make sure you have your passes before you leave the meeting. They are valid the entire stock show.

 

Trimming for Shows

· Wash your animal-dirt dulls blades

· Get it done early- blades dull quickly and you will be left using dull blades that streak

Clean up the wash/clipping area when your finished

                  -Includes animal waste and hair

 

San Antonio Stock Show

Barn Cleanup

8^th Grade Barn Visit- Thursday 1/24

                                  Stalls must be cleaned before school on 1/24….if you can’t clean your                                                                        stall that morning, clean it the night before and leave your animal out.

Barn cleanup will change to 2 days a week, Monday & Thursday. Please sign up or you will be assigned a day.

 

Hoof Trimming

Check are made payable to TSC. Leave your calf in their pen.

Meat Left:

· 4 Tubs of Chopped BBQ
