March Meeting Notes

 

County Show:

*Send out your “thank you” notes as soon as possible

*Mr. Burton will have a complete list soon, but you can send them to the ones you know now.

 

Barn:

*Lamb & Goat pens will be cleaned out on Thursday

                 -Feed barrels emptied and turn over

                 -Remove dirt from pen (down to concrete)

                 -Pens washed

*Heifers/Cows

                 -Barn cleanup is still on Mondays and Thursdays

                 -Be sure you are doing your part

 

Houston:

*Lexi, Madison, Chris, & Cera are going. The four of you need to meet after the meeting to make plans.

 

Officer Elections:

* 1^st Tuesday in April at 7pm in Mr. Burton’s room

* Prepare a speech

                 -Election begins with president….if you don’t make president you can run for       vice-president and so on.

 

Pictures & Volunteers Needed for Slide Show:

*Please see Chris if you would like to help with the slide show

*Seniors- get you pictures (10-15) from birth to present to the Lyman’s as soon as possible

*Other pictures from throughout the year are needed as well…you can email them or bring them a picture

*Thanks to Mr. Feemster, Mr. Bufe and Mr. Barnes for hauling animals to the county show in the snow. Also, thanks to all the parents that helped at the county show.
