X-treme Barn Cleanup

                 *Jobs that need to be done are listed

                 * Parents and friends are welcome

                 *Begins at 8:30 AM

                 *Pool Party at Chris’s afterward…..hamburgers & hot dogs will be served

 

Weekly Barn Cleanup

                 *Can sign up for Sunday or Wednesday Night

                 *Need parents to sign up to supervise

                 *Chart was created to make sure all jobs are completed

                 *Parents will be called if you do not make it to barn cleanup

 

Chapter Polo Shirts

                 *Will be blue with white lettering

                 *Name on sleeve

                 *Can order through Panda Embroidery in Grapevine

                 *Cost is around $30

 

Fall Shows

                 *Information will be handed out at the July meeting

                 *Entries will be turned in at the August meeting

                 *Web page has information on the fall shows

                 *Ownership deadline for some of the shows is June 30^th

                 *Lamb, goat, and steer validations for fall shows is set for June 21^st from 4-6 @ the Lake Worth     Ag Barn

                 *Not ready yet

                 *Not all money has been collected

                 *Mitzi will be notifying you if you need to make some calls to collect the money

                 *Will send out an email when we know more…or when they arrive
