Get to Know Me

This is my 23rd year of teaching.  My bachelor’s degree is from Eastern New Mexico University and my Master’s is from the University of Houston at Clear Lake City.  I am married and have two children.  My husband is the Director of Finance for the City of North Richland Hills.  Aaron is a CPA and works for an accounting firm in Dallas.  Alissa is in her senior year at Baylor University as a vocal performance major.  I am the 8th grade special services teacher which means that I go into 8th grade classrooms and help the students who have special needs in the regular classroom setting.  I also work in the academic learning lab.
