HMS CHOIR—MS. ALLEN & MRS. MORGAN

Ms. Allen
Julie Ann Allen holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Baylor University and a Masters of Music from San Diego State University. She has been teaching choral music for 18 years and is a founding faculty member at Heritage Middle School.  The HMS choir program historically has over 350 students.  The choirs consistently win Sweepstakes honors at UIL competitions and are consistent contenders for best in class at the area spring festivals.  Ms. Allen has been inducted into Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers seven times, and has been honored by CHHS seniors as a distinguished teacher two times.

Mrs. Morgan
This is my sixth year at HMS working with Ms. Allen as Assistant Choir Director and Accompanist.  I have over 30 years experience accompanying choirs and solos.

It’s a pleasure to work with our students and see them develop their musical skills and abilities each year.
