Entries due to me on or before March 6th, 2009

As of Monday, January 26, 2009:
*We have just started our two week "Autobiography Book Project."
*Each student has his/her own copy of a planning book.  This planning book contains each page of the book and questions that each student needs to research outside of class (i.e. grandparents' place of birth).
*The students will be researching family information outside of class, and we will be writing rough drafts during class time.
*We will be in the computer lab from Monday, February 2nd to Friday, February 6th typing up final copies for our books.
*I will not except a page that is not typed.  We are spending a lot of time on these in class, so my expectations for this project are very high.

****Monday, Feburary 16th, 2009****
*We will be starting The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis immediately after we finish our autobiography books.

*As we did with Maniac Magee, I highly suggest that each student have his/her own copy of the book for annotating purposes.

****I have pushed back the starting date for The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe due to our "Bad Weather" day, and the book projects are taking longer than I initially thought.****
