If Your Disk Drive Isn’t Working:

Please try these steps in order, if #1 doesn’t work, try #2, etc.

1. Unplug the drive from the computer then plug it back in.

2. Unplug the drive from the computer, unplug it from the power adaptor, then replug the power and replug into the computer.

3. Restart the computer by clicking SPECIAL and RESTART.
