PICTURE WRITING- Project Integrate Activity
This Kid Pix activity will help students practice writing simple stories.  The intention of this activity is for students to first learn the basic story elements then incorporate them into a story to share with 1st graders.  The students can either pair up with 1st graders and help them read the story or show the stories collectively using a slide show presentation.  Either way, it is a fun and creative way for students to practice writing and to teach citizenship skills.  It is equally a valuable and fun way for 1st graders to practice their reading skills.
