A bit more about me

I grew up in Southern Illinois and graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1998 with a Bachelors in Elementary Education and a minor in English.  I have been teaching at Colleyville Middle School since 1999.  I teach reading, English, and coach girls volleyball, basketball, and track.  I have a thirteen year old daughter, Hope, and a two year old son, Nash. (named after Steve Nash since basketball is the greatest sport!)  I enjoy jogging and playing with my son.
