Attention: all 8th grade band students going to CHHS - There are 3 Saturday Marching Clinics in May at CHHS. You need to attend 2 of the 3 clinics. The dates are: Sat., May 3, 10 & 17 8am-Noon at CHHS.
Attendance to 2 of the 3 clinics will take the place of their band final exam.
If a student does not attend 2 camps - then they must take a band final exam.

Did you pay your second semester school-owned instrument fee? School-owned instruments include: oboe, bassoon, bass clarinet, tenor and bari sax, french horn, euphonium, tuba and 7th & 8th grade percussion.
Please make a check payable to HMS Band for $50.

All Honors, Symphonic, and Concert Band students should have tried on their new tuxedo pants and shirt by now- if it does not fit you MUST take it to Al's Formal Wear near North East Mall and get it altered (alterations are free).
Honors, Symphonic, and Concert Band students received their tuxedo pants and shirt Thursday, Nov. 15. (if they ordered them). They also received their vest and bow tie. DO NOT LOSE THEM. Replacement vest cost is $50, bow tie $10. If you have not paid for your new tuxedo pants and shirt please, please pay ASAP. Thank you!!!

Have you signed up for private lessons? Private lessons will enhance you music skills and be lots of fun. Simply print "Parent Letter #6" and fill it out to request private lessons. Scholarship money is still available.
