A bit more about me

I was born in Fort Worth, and attended Richland High School.  I lettered three years in football and tennis. Graduated in 1984 in the top 20 of my class with honors.   Attended Texas Christian University starting in the Fall of '84.  Graduated with a BBA in Management and a Minor in Religion-Studies in 1988.   Returned in the Fall of '89 to start my education certification.  Received my education certification in History and Math in 1991.   Worked with the TCU football team from 1984-1990.   click

Wyatt in Fort Worth from 1990-1992.   I coached baseball at Wyatt for both seasons I taught there ( 1st - Freshman, 2nd - JV ).   My next job landed me at HERITAGE MIDDLE SCHOOL in 1992 where I have been ever since.   I am starting my 15th year as a BRONCO.  I have coached all boy's sports here at  HMS.   I have also coached baseball at Grapevine High and Colleyville Heritage, ( two seasons at both campuses ).   I am currently the Boy's Athletic Coordinator ( 10th year in that capacity ) and am involved with coaching 7th and 8th grade football, Boy's Cross Country, Boy's Long Distance and High Jump in Track.

I have been married for nine years to my wife Rhonda, who was a former
HMS BRONCO girl's coach.  I have three sons, Brycen, Britten, and Benjamen.   I enjoy spending time with my family when I am not teaching and coaching.
